Policy Brief 2: Improving Access To Quality Basic Education

Cambodia has achieved incredible progress in basic education, with almost universal access to primary education (enrollment in 2018-2019 was 98%). However, further progress is threatened by low quality learning and inconsistent access for specific population groups.
