Out-Of-School Children In Philippines Decreasing, 1.3M Children Unenrolled

There are lots of out-of-school children in the Philippines. Most of them have different reasons why they didn’t get enrolled. Most of their reason is the financial status of their parents or their house is situated in a very far distance from school. 
Based on a report from ABS-CBN News, 1.3 million children in the country won’t be able to enroll this coming school year………..…..
